About Ginny Nuñez

Being a daughter of immigrants and having a well-rounded background in immigration law enables me to confidently tackle any situation my clients face. Before opening my own law practice:

• I worked in a non-profit organization advocating for victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. That humanitarian immigration work included extensive experience with T visas, U visas, VAWA visas, and asylum, as well as removal defense.
• Then, I worked in-house at a global entertainment, sports, fashion, and modeling company, preparing visa applications for international talent, including O visas and P visas.
• Next, I joined an NYC immigration practice as an associate attorney. I worked on a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, including family-based immigration and more work in removal proceedings.

Compassionate And Driven To Help

My involvement with the Journal of Law and International Affairs at Penn Law School led me toward humanitarian immigration law. I realized how complex and intimidating the U.S. immigration system can be and how few rights and resources immigrants have. I aim to give my clients the tools and support they need for this daunting system. My motivation comes from the terrifying stories of so many family members, friends, and neighbors who had traumatic experiences with their immigration journeys.

It is not my nature to give up or take no for an answer. I take that responsibility to heart when you entrust me with your legal issue. I do not stop until I have found a solution or exhausted every possibility for my clients.
